Four varieties of mushrooms: two of which are wild (porcini mushrooms – Boletus edulis and chanterelles – Chantarellus) and two of which are cultivated (Volvaria volvacea and Pholiota mutabilis).
A mixture of mushrooms that is ideal for a wide range of recipes from hors d’oeuvres to side dishes.
It can be included in a buffet with other side dishes. Perfect for pasta dishes (even tortellini and tortelloni, for a nontraditional twist) and main dishes such as scaloppini, roasts, and sliced meat. It is an excellent side dish.
