Six varieties of mushrooms: five of which are wild (Shoestring mushrooms – Armillaria mellea, porcini mushrooms – Boletus edulis, chanterelles – Cantharellus, sanguinello mushrooms – Lactarius deliciosus, and pinaroli mushrooms) and one of which is cultivated (Pholiota mutabilis). A perfectly balanced mixture of large mushroom pieces with different seasonings, colors, and tastes, prepared with garlic and herbs and packed in oil.

Ideal as a side dish, for hors d’oeuvres, in sandwiches and canapés and on pizzas.

Four varieties of mushrooms: two of which are wild (porcini mushrooms – Boletus edulis and chanterelles – Chantarellus) and two of which are cultivated (Volvaria volvacea and Pholiota mutabilis).

A mixture of mushrooms that is ideal for a wide range of recipes from hors d’oeuvres to side dishes.

It can be included in a buffet with other side dishes. Perfect for pasta dishes (even tortellini and tortelloni, for a nontraditional twist) and main dishes such as scaloppini, roasts, and sliced meat. It is an excellent side dish. Its light color makes it especially suitable for tasty mushroom pizzas.
