Menu Solo Porcini Trifolati 800g

Sliced and chopped Porcini mushrooms with a particularly light colour, and a minimum amount of oil. Preserved in packets for less cooking, notably improving the characteristics of the mushrooms.

Ideal as a side dish, for sauces, risottos, omelettes and pizzas, bruschetta type toasted bread and canapé.

Four varieties of mushrooms: two of which are wild (porcini mushrooms – Boletus edulis and chanterelles – Chantarellus) and two of which are cultivated (Volvaria volvacea and Pholiota mutabilis).

A mixture of mushrooms that is ideal for a wide range of recipes from hors d’oeuvres to side dishes.

It can be included in a buffet with other side dishes. Perfect for pasta dishes (even tortellini and tortelloni, for a nontraditional twist) and main dishes such as scaloppini, roasts, and sliced meat. It is an excellent side dish. Its light color makes it especially suitable for tasty mushroom pizzas.
